Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the item is not used. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with returning the item(s).
If the item is defective please e-mail Celtic Scents before returning the item. Occassionally problems with the item(s) can be associated with the wooden wick and instructions on how to maintain the wick can resolve the problem. After you e-mail us if you are still having problems then you must indicate that the item is defective and your e-mail address with the return. The purchaser will initially be responsible for any costs associated with returning the defective item. If the company deems that the item is indeed defective your product will be replaced and the purchaser will be refunded any costs associated with shipping the item for the return.
